⏱️ Delivery Times

Your order is prepared with care within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • 🇫🇷 France: 1 to 2 business days
  • 🇪🇺 European Union: 2 to 4 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 1 to 2 business days
  • 🌍 Other countries: up to 7 business days depending on location

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Simply enter your order number (e.g., NSR-12345) to view its status.

💰 Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free on all orders over €60.

  • Standard delivery: €4.90 (France & EU)
  • Express delivery: €9.90 (when available)
  • Shipping is free for Nordic Family members 💌
🔄 Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be:

  • New, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty / personal care items
  • Customized or discounted products
  • Used pet accessories
