Our products are presented with the highest level of accuracy possible. However, photos are not contractually binding. In case of unavailability, you will be informed via email as soon as possible.

🚚 4. Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your country:

- 🇪🇺 Europe: 8–14 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carriers or peak periods.
📦 5. Order Receipt & Conformity
Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package. Any issue (damaged package, missing item) must be reported within 48 hours to our customer service team.
🔁 6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent to our logistics center after approval from our team at support@nordicserenity.com.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
